In December of 2010 they flew a group of top real estate leaders from around the country to Atlanta for an initial strategy session. These leaders came from every region: West coast, East coast, Midwest, Northeast, and Southwest. They represented major metro areas, mid-size markets, markets decimated by the housing bust, and markets that had weathered the storm. For two and half days these thirteen leaders shared their insights on what it would take to build the perfect real estate platform.”

COE Profile: Jason joined CINC in 2014 and assumed the Co-CEO role in January 2017. He is responsible for development of human capital, client satisfaction and the overall revenue growth of the company. Jason’s background is primarily in the digital arena, where he has worked for some of the fastest growing companies in the country. Prior to joining CINC, Jason served as the VP of Sales at ThomasNet and was the Senior VP & Group Publisher at Best Media Group. He also worked at Headhunter.net (acquired by CareerBuilder) and KnowledgeStorm (acquired by TechTarget). Jason is a graduate of the University of Memphis and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising.
