How to Generate Leads
To capture VALID leads, Agents would place multiple Alexa’s in different rooms. For example, “Main” Alexa device would be set in “Open House Mode”, somewhere at the entrance of the property. It would be used to greet walk ins and have them sign in (optional). Other Alexa devices would be set in “Open House Mode” with “Open House Sign In” feature disabled, and placed in different rooms. Those Alexa devices would be used to capture leads from the walk ins interested in our “VALUE PROPOSITION”.
To inform potential clients of our “VALUE PROPOSITION” in different rooms, and to inform her/him how to get it, agent would place flyer with the direction how to engage Alexa.

Some agents try to send lists of the homes not available on the market yet, if they have such information, or any other information that could be interesting or of a value to the potential lead so they become willing to provide a valid phone number.
Talk to the House Alexa app would ask client for the name and phone number, and in return Alexa would send them SMS with your VALUE PROPOSITION. Agent will receive LEAD CONTACT INFORMATION via email.

While set in “Listing Mode”, your Alexa will send you an email with summary of everything buyer asked about your listing, so when doing follow up, you can address things they are concerned with or interested in. It’s like having your own PROPERTY ANALYTICS! Those analytics can be used to modify your MLS listing and address most pressing issues or concerns that potential buyers may have.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. OPEN AN ACCOUNT
Open Talk To The House account. This is your portal where you can manage your Amazon Echo devices and listings. Here you can connect your Amazon Echo to the listing property you want Echo to advertise. If you already do not have an Echo device, you can buy it by clicking HERE.

2. REGISTER YOUR AMAZON ECHO
Enable Talk To The House skill. Just say
Alexa, enable Talk To The House Skill.

Now you are ready to register your device. Just say
“Alexa, ask property advisor to set up a new device”.

3. SUBSCRIBE YOUR DEVICE
For the system to be able to match your Amazon Echo and your listing property, your Echo needs to be activated. Activation/Subscription enables you to use your Amazon Echo with ANY listing property you created.

Our service is subscription based. Current price per Amazon Alexa device, is $29 per month. This price is NOT per property. It is per device, which means that our flexible and easy to master system enables you to “attach” Alexa device to any property you create in your Talk To The House System account.

For example, if you set your Alexa device to run in one property during the week, but you want to use that same device in an Open House on Saturday in another listing, changing which property Alexa “plays”, it’s easy as selecting device from the dropdown box.
