History of RPM Midwest

RPM Midwest was founded in 2007 when owner Sam Thompson recognized the need for an affordable, reputable, real estate management company in the Greater Cincinnati market. Drawing on his experience as a landlord/investor, Sam built RPM with customer focused core values. RPM initially concentrated on full spectrum services for owners of 1-4 unit properties. The market responded, and our franchises in Ohio have grown to nearly 1500 units currently under management.

We offer Full Service Management Agreements including leasing/tenant placement, rent collection, in-house maintenance services, online accounting and bill payments, as well as eviction processing when necessary.  We have a Leasing Only Service where RPM will find and screen the tenant, and then collect the security deposit, prepare the lease, and perform the lease signing for you-then you can take over from there.  If all you need is help with a bad tenant, our Eviction Only Service is the option for you.  Still though, 98% of our clients do opt for the Full Service Management Agreement, mainly for the peace of mind, since they know the professionals are taking care of everything so they can focus on the more important things in life!
