The ApexNetwork franchise process

Starting your own ApexNetwork Physical Therapy® clinic is simple. Here’s out it works:

Return a completed franchise application to our corporate office for review.
A visit to our corporate office for a Discovery Day is scheduled with qualified candidates. Our current Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) is distributed.
A background check and credit history report is reviewed by our corporate office.
The franchise candidate is notified on approval / denial.
An ApexNetwork Franchise Agreement is sent to the approved candidate to be signed and the franchise fee is paid.
The approved franchisee is assigned a franchise coordinator that will act as a liaison until doors open.
All potential location sites are submitted by the franchisee to our corporate office for approval.
The approved franchisee and clinic manager attend ApexNetwork Management Training in Highland, Illinois.
Final inspection.
