A unique-looking building from designer Stanley Saitowitz has been finished in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco near the corner of 3rd Street and 20th. Like much of San Francisco’s new developments, 616 20th Street is collection of homes built over retail space. These 16 units were finished in late 2013 and the first of them hit the market back in October. Limited parking is available, though not for all of the units.

The Dogpatch is one of San Francisco’s most promising up-and-coming neighborhoods, and is popular with young techies looking for affordable housing close to jobs downtown.
